Johnny Evans III brings over a decade of capital markets, investment banking, and natural resources leadership. Beginning his financial career on Wall Street as an energy, minerals, and carbon materials equity research analyst, Johnny built a career on identifying market dislocations, valuing heavy-asset operations, and evaluating advanced material applications.

Johnny pairs institutional research rigor with hands-on field operations. His track record spans direct resource management including coal and mineral operations in Enugu, Nigeria—to exchange-level deal structuring with the Nigerian Stock Exchange and major African capital markets. As a Partner at The Ahsha Group and Nalten Commodities & Resources, he has designed private equity business models, structured commodity export networks across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and executed complex off-take arrangements.

At Asset Global, Johnny leverages his Wall Street research background in energy and carbon materials to lead coal-to-carbon transition projects, translating complex physical energy assets into bankable, high-margin advanced carbon products
